Terms of Sale
Last updated 14 September 2026
The agreement between you and us when you buy The 3-Putt Fix. We've tried to write it in plain English rather than in the usual fog.
Who you're dealing with
The 3-Putt Fix is a product of Feedback Golf, the trading name of Tom Devine, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Feedback Golf. Our contact details are at the end of this page.
By buying, you're agreeing to what's below. If you don't agree with it, please don't buy.
What you're buying
A single personalized PDF guide, built from the answers you give in the questionnaire. It contains a diagnosis of the putting pattern your answers point to, a drill built for it, a practice plan, a tracker, a pocket reference card, a pressure routine, a troubleshooting section, and a reference page covering all eight patterns the system checks for.
It is delivered once, by email and as a download. It is not a subscription, a course, a membership, or coaching. There is nothing to cancel and you will not be charged again.
Price and payment
£ or $ — the price shown at checkout is what you pay, in the currency shown, including any tax that applies.
The current price is $39. We describe this as a founding price and we do intend to raise it once we have a body of customer results; if we do, that affects new purchases only and never anything you've already bought.
Payment is handled by Stripe, on Stripe's own checkout page. Your card details go to them and never pass through our site — we never see or store your card number.
Delivery
Your guide is generated after payment, which normally takes under a minute. You'll see a download link on screen as soon as it's ready, and it also arrives by email.
If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder first, then email us — we can resend it, and we keep everything needed to do so without you answering the questionnaire again.
Our guarantee
Feel a difference in your first practice session, or your money back. No questions asked.
Email us and we'll refund you. We won't ask you to prove anything or explain yourself.
This is something we offer on top of your legal rights, not instead of them. Nothing here takes away any right you have under consumer law.
Cancellation
Because this is digital content delivered immediately, the usual 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases doesn't apply once delivery has begun — and at checkout you are asked to tick a box confirming you understand that before you pay. That wording is deliberate: the right is only given up if you actively agreed to immediate delivery, so we ask rather than assume.
In practice this matters less than it sounds, because our guarantee above is more generous than the statutory right it replaces: you can have your money back simply by asking.
What this guide is, and what it isn't
It's golf instruction. It is not medical, physiotherapy, or professional health advice, and it isn't a substitute for in-person coaching from a qualified instructor.
We don't promise a specific result. We won't tell you how many strokes you'll save, how many putts you'll drop, or what will happen to your handicap, because we can't know that and we'd rather not pretend. What we promise is a diagnosis built from your own answers, a fix built for it, and a refund if it does nothing for you.
Golf involves physical movement. If a drill causes pain or discomfort, stop, and speak to a doctor or physiotherapist before continuing. You're responsible for practicing within your own physical limits.
What you can do with it
The guide is for you. Print it, write on it, keep it in your bag, show it to your coach.
Please don't republish it, resell it, share the file publicly, or pass off the content as your own. We keep the copyright; you get a personal license to use it.
Your side of it
Answer the questionnaire honestly — the diagnosis is only as good as what you tell us, and a guess in, means a guess out.
Give us an email address you can actually receive mail at.
Don't attempt to break, overload, or probe the site, and don't try to obtain the guide without paying for it.
If something goes wrong
We'll do our best to keep the site running, but we can't promise it will never be unavailable. If we can't deliver your guide, you get your money back.
We're responsible to you for loss you suffer that we caused by breaking this agreement or failing to use reasonable care. We're not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable when you bought, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us.
None of this limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law says cannot be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
If you're a consumer living elsewhere, this does not remove the protections you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you bought — changing this page later does not change the deal you got.
